ECODEAL’s Título Único Ambiental (Single Environmental Permit)

On November 9, 2018, ECODEAL obtained the “Título Único Ambiental” (TUA), which means Single Environmental Permit, which represents an endorsement of the conditions of the Operating License no. 16/2008/DOGR, pursuant to the terms of the 5th paragraph of the 69th article in the CIRVER Diploma and also a change to the Environmental License no. 657/0.1/ 2017.

The TUA comprises all the licensing decisions applicable to the request made, assuming the act of licensing or authorization of the economic activity.

This way, said documents become invalid and the Single Environmental Permit No. TUA20181109000606 becomes valid.
