ECODEAL prepares the start of the normative transition

ECODEAL has already carried out the meeting for the start of the normative transition in the fields of ISO 9001 quality and ISO14001 environmental management.

Even though the transition can be executed until 2018, the company has chosen to advance with this process until the following external auditing, which is scheduled for the month of November.

For the success of this process, ECODEAL has initiated the project with a diagnosis of the system, counting with the involvement of all the participants.

Although the main modifications are not new to the activity, the company believes that there can be great improvements for the satisfaction of the parties involved as well as the success of the organization.

To this end, ECODEAL resorts to a new system analysis based on the diagnosis of the organizational context, to an introduction to the concept of risk based thinking, an analysis of needs and expectations of the involved parties and an outlook on the concept of life cycle.
